Booking & Your Big Day
Congrats on your engagement! By booking me, your wedding date is officially saved.
* Retainer: 50% of your package is due to secure the date (non-refundable).
* Balance: The rest is due 4 weeks before your wedding.
Once that’s done, we can start planning how your love story will be captured.
Your Wedding Photos
I’ll photograph your day in my style and deliver professionally edited images online. RAW files aren’t included. Additional images can be purchased within 3 months.
- Hours, number of images, and extras will be listed in your quote/package.
- Extra hours, prints, or albums can be added if you want more.
Locations & Permits
Some venues or locations may have fees, require permits, or parking. These are usually covered by you, but I’m happy to help plan and give advice to make things as easy as possible.
Can’t Make It / Rescheduling
Life happens!
- If I can’t make it due to illness or emergencies, I’ll find a substitute photographer or refund your payments.
- If you need to reschedule, your retainer can move to the new date if I’m available. If not, we’ll refund it.

The best photos happen when we work as a team! Communicate openly, follow simple directions during the day, and enjoy yourselves - I’ll capture your love story as it unfolds.
Sharing Your Story
I want you to be 100% happy with your images before anyone else sees them. I won’t share your photos publicly until you’ve received and loved your edited gallery. Once you’re happy, I may post them on Instagram, my website, or in competitions unless you tell me not to.
A Few Things to Know
- I do my best to capture all the important moments, but I can’t guarantee specific shots.
- If the client breaks this agreement, K.Foto may keep payments made.
